How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Optionwalk Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when contacting Optionwalk Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it straight to the provider and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Optionwalk Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@optionwalk.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also be able to help.
