Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use optionwalk.lat. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, We Do Not Repair

Optionwalk Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Optionwalk Heating & Air.

No Endorsement and No Promises

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For General Information Only

The content here is meant to inform, not to advise. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any cost figures on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they vary with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general, and we do not promise any level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Safety First

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Optionwalk Heating & Air may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Accuracy of the Information

We try to keep this website accurate and up to date. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
